How we turned a youth program into an $11K, 11:1 ROAS summer for Brickyard Performance
A multi-channel launch built a four-tier offer ladder, filled the gym’s youth programs, and drove a 2,460% year-over-year revenue jump — on $1,000 in ad spend.

The challenge
Brickyard Performance is a gritty, community-first training facility — but its youth summer programs were nearly invisible online. Parents didn’t know the offers existed, there was no clear path from “interested” to “enrolled,” and summer is a narrow, seasonal window. The goal: fill the programs to a 50-athlete target without torching the budget on random boosted posts.
The goal & the math
We set a clear, break-even-aware target before spending a dollar. Every number below was defined up front — so success was measured against real economics, not vanity metrics.
Result: $11,189 in revenue against a ~$7,000 break-even — roughly 60% over break-even and a profitable summer for the gym, not just a busy one.
The strategy & scope of work
The plan landed on May 5. Five days later the custom landing page was live, and ads launched that weekend — a 10-day build sprint with one week to produce every creative for the page, the ads, and social. The win wasn’t one ad. It was a full funnel, built fast and optimized weekly.
